　　项乔君，博士，交通学院教授，长三角碳中和战略发展研究院高级研究员，博士生导师。
　　项乔君教授主要从事交通运输工程领域的教学与科研工作，研究方向包括交通安全理论与设计、驾驶行为仿真建模与分析、交通信息系统与数字交通的规划与应用系统设计、道路基础设施评价与检测技术等。近年来发表学术论文100余篇，申请发明专利30余项，出版学术专著9部，曾获得江苏省科技进步一等奖。此外，还主持或承担了八十余项国家和地方研究项目，多数项目取得了国际先进或国内领先的学术水平。

　　2011年毕业于美国南佛罗里达州立大学，获土木与环境工程系交通专业博士学位。现任上海交通大学船建学院交通研究中心主任，博士生导师，曾担任上海交通大学科学技术发展研究院院长助理，上海交通大学设计研究总院副院长等职。主要研究交通运输系统安全与风险、交通数字化与智能化等问题，出版英文专著一部，发表SCI/SSCI国际学术论文五十余篇，主持国家和省部级项目十余项，学术兼职包括：上海市交通委科技委委员，美国土木工程师学会（ASCE）会员，美国交通工程师学会（ITE）会员，美国电气和电子工程师协会（IEEE）会员，《交通与港航》期刊编委，Transportation Planning and Technology期刊编委，Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology期刊客座编委，Accident Analysis & Prevention，Traffic Injury Prevention, Transportation Safety & Security等期刊审稿人。
